Rubicon Express restructure!!!!

"The official word..."

Rubicon Express is going through a restructure and will be temporarily closed for business while going through this process. Customers who have placed orders and have seen a charge can rest assured that thier products have ben shipped. Customers that have placed orders that have not been charged will be contacted to confirm the order prior to payments being processed or order shipments.

Customers with technical or warranty issues may email: support@rubiconexpress.com

We appologize for the service interuption, but look forward to serving you in the future.

As far as I have been informed; although RE will not be taking calls or orders RE will be honoring all warranty claims and has plans to re-open as soon as the restructure is finished.

I have been waiting on my Re lift since December and finally decided yesterday to cancel my order and buy the Currie instead. Man I'm happy I didn't get caught up in the current RE situation. What will happen to all the people running the Re sf lifts when their SF bushings wear out?

RE will honor all warranty claims and as soon as the restructure is finished all products will be available again for shipment.

If they are restructuring is usually means they are going to declare bankrupcy and reemerge under a new name.

Hence, unless they arent ***holes, your gift card will not be honered

I wouldn't worry about it too much, I think they make a great product and even if they have to go into bankruptcy some other company will buy them out and assume their warranties. There are a lot of people running their lifts and are happy with there products. I think they are made in the Usa so everyone should be pulling for them anyway.

Generally, one company doesn't 'buy' another company. They buy the assets (such as the name and inventory) and don't take possession of the liabilities (such as warranties.)

Pretty shady of them if they were planning this for a while. Seemed to have caught all of the resellers by surprise.

If they are restructuring, maybe they should restructure their bushing quality and their high prices while they're at it. Or ill just keep purchasing elsewhere
