My Z28 usually gets a black stain after a night of hard runs . I take an empty windex bottle put around 2-3 tablespoons of castrol super clean in it and fill it the rest of the way up with water. It has taken every stain off my wheels.

another way is to get a polisher for them and use a buffer for a corded/cordless drill. its like 3 1/2"-4" round. it cleans mine great. i use blue magic rim cleaner.
