My dad was in McRae's one time (Belk now) and he walked out the door empty handed, and another guy chose that time to walk out as well. Well, the security thing goes off, and my dad being the kind of guy he is, stops, and waits for security or someone to tell them he doesn't have anything. Well, the other ******* keeps on walking like nothing happened. Well, security shows up, sees my dad doesn't have a bag and physically searches him on the spot (Picture, stand against the wall, and spread 'em!) to make sure he doesn't have anything while clearly the other guy just went on out. He wasn't as pissed off as I would've been, just thinking about it gets me angry.

People like this piss me the hell off. They treat the constitution as a personal invitation to be a ****** to anyone and everyone. The thought of a common courtesy means nothing to them. They just can't wait for their "rights to be infringed" so they can throw a temper tantrum at some employee not paid enough to deal with their crap. All so they can create a smug post about it online telling how they screwed with the sheeple

and for the record, it almost never happens to me but when it does I stop for a few seconds and see if any employee's care then move on my merry way.

I know going into Wal-Mart what their policy is. Obviously I'm not the only one because it's been lined out here a few times already. Why should I feel like my rights are violated when I knew going in what their policy is and chose to go anyway...

You forgot to add the part where they threaten to sue. Every low IQ piece o' trash keeps the "I'll sue" threat in a loose holster, just waiting for a reason to draw.

*edit* Oh, and plug lawyers in there too
