Red Robin

Any of you guy's been there? They built a new one about 15 miles from here and the wife wanted to go test it out, basically a burger joint and my grease low level ligt was on, so I figured what the heck.

Man I got the Banzai Burger... wow, it was freakin delish, it's marinated in teriyaki and topped with grilled pineapple, Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo, I substituded chipotle mayo for the regular stuff. They also had some awsome chili nacho's that the wife and kids wimped out on and took all the jalapeno's off, so Dad got atleast 4 per nacho

Anyway, I don't know if it's because it's new or what, but the burgers looked exactly like they do on the menu...which was rare in my opinion, they never look the same. This isn't my pic, but it looked the same.

So back to the question, you guys ever go?

All the time, mainly takeout though

I like the 5 alarm (coated in salsa, jalapeños and pepper jack)

They have a quality control slogan thingie to make sure that all the burgers go out like pictured, i know a guy who worked there

They're all over the place here... I usually get the avacado burger, the royal burger (has a fried egg on it), or an avacodo burger with a fried egg, lol. They have lots of good burgers there, I just can't bring myself to try them all when I already know I love the first couple I tried, lol. Come to think of it, I think I'll go there tomorrow! I've never had any problems with a bartender not being able to make a Black and Tan at the bar there, either.

I used to go there every week. Then, they changed my favorite sandwich and now it sucks. I have only been back once... not the same anymore.

.... I do love those bottomless fries.

Only reason I picked the Banzai burger to try this time is because among various other things I put in my ground beef before I grill, I also add teriyaki to the mix. That 5alarm looked real good too, I love hot peppers and spices. I tried something similar to that royal burger once at another resturant and it was good too. I guess I'll have to just make my way through the menu...good thing the Doc's got me on Lipitor

I'm okay for now, but maybe I should start taking some pre-emptive Lipitor, lol.

I like the burger with the fried egg on it. Tastes a lot better than it sounds. They also have endless fry refills, which are good too. Too bad the service at the one by me is terrible and keeps me from ever going again!

Great burger joint, but they get old. If you want a burger, that's the place to go though. Also, their strawberry lemonade

i love the place! they have ridiculously good milkshakes and two of the best burgers: the Royal Red Robin (complete with egg on top of the patty) and the Whiskey River BBQ Burger
