Red Bull is the only energy drink that I drink. It doesn't give me any "boost", I just like the taste (has to be chilled though).

The new RedBull cola stuff is good too.

honestly you should stay away from caffeine in general, but especially energy drinks. It gets your heart beating so fast that's its just plain unhealthy. And Im speaking from experience that when you don't have caffeine for at least a month (when it fully leaves your system), it is so much easier to sleep! trust me!

Drink it too often and get addicted. I was addicted to Mt. Dew. Sad story.

The Red Bull cola has coca leaf extract in it. Coke gave up coca extract years ago, so I was surprised to see it in the Red Bull cola.

When it wears off you are going to feel like you are falling off a cliff for an hour or so. Once that wears off will you fall off a cliff. Please.
