If you like getting a REALLY quick up because of all the caffiene and gaurine and then the tremendously hard crash which leaves you feeling worse than before you took it, go with energy drinks.

If you want a smooth up, steady energy and alertness and such a smooth down that you don't even notice it, try 5 Hour Energy. The ads you see on TV don't lie. It works exactly as they say. And it's done more naturally than Monster, Red Bull or others because it's done mainly with amino acids and vitamin B's.

Try it. You won't be disappointed.

I totally read your statement wrong, I thought it said, "and sleep with a lot of people myself included don't have much of a luxury of."

I didn't end up feeling too bad. A little crash. Nothing to exciting. Yes, I was very much like that Jim Carry movie thing that was posted earlier. I feel fine now.

Sounds like what happened to me the day I lost my Virginity!!

But as far as energy drinks the only thing that does anything for me is the five hour energy shot lemon lime flavor

Jagerbombs are good. Do one or two and go two more hours of drinking

1/2 can Red Bull® energy drink
1 - 2 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur

A few years ago, I had to pull an all-nighter for work. Burned through 10 Red Bulls, 2 cans of Coke, and 32oz of Mountain Dew. Wide awake and productive for the 36 hours I was in the office. Got home at 6pm, flopped on a beanbag, and the next thing I know it's 4am.

Good times. Never again, though.

I used to consume 3 rockstars a day....that was a few years ago. Now I stick to sugar free redbull or rockstar. That stuff is so bad for you. Now I do bout 1 a week if needed. The feeling after isnt worth it.

The 5 hour energy does nothing for me, I'll never buy one again. I do however drink four red bulls a day, and its the only thing that will keep me up and alert and I don't crash at all... maybe because I'm used to it. The only other drink that keeps me up just as good as the red bull is a large coffee with 5 creams,10 sugars, and 5 shots of expresso

I'm a fan of Xyience energy drinks. Xyience energy drinks They have some really good flavors, and have zero calories. I've also been drinking a lot of Low Carb Monster. What ever I get, I always get a sugar free or low carb one.
