I could see this bumper on a 3500 or f350 easy but on a jeep it looks like the project was half finished , It "could" look better if they added more armor/bulkiness to the sides and rear . It almost looks as if the bottom structure of the bumper is a rear bumper off a truck and the middle piece is a push guard/cow pusher of the front of one with tubing welded on the top to bottom to make it more complete looking.

( The rear bumper on my dodge looks nearly the same as the bottom structure of it minus the circle cutouts)
