Quadratec Shipping?

Ordered the replacement subwoofer two days ago. Received the tracking number yesterday and saw that it had departed the shipping place in (virginia or Pennsylvania, can't remember bc I have a few packages on the way). This is 2/19 and it's giving me an estimates delivery date of March 9th. Three weeks for shipping even after it has departed the warehouse and the Fed Ex hub???

If it's already shipped from Quadratec on time, your beef is with the company actually moving the package and not the seller. Did you pay for expedited shipping? Being located in Hawaii probably has a lot to do with the time.

For ground shipping, three weeks shipping time isn't unreasonable considering you are also shipping from the east coast. It'll take a few days to a week or so by ground to get it to the Port of Long Beach, then a couple of weeks by boat to get to the islands. Besides actual transit time, there is time taken to unload the cargo ships and sort/deliver the cargo to the appropriate destinations, and that could add a few days. To put in perspective, it takes about two weeks for USPS to ship a standard letter, by boat, from the islands to the west coast.

Long shipping times or outrageous expedited shipping rates is a price you pay for living in Hawaii.

If you paid for 3-day, or 2-day expedited shipping, then the 3 weeks isn't acceptable.

Whoever paid for shipping bought a ride on the slow boat to minimize expense.
It's well within Fedex's abilities to get parts to you a whole lot faster, but airplane rides cost a lot more.
