PTO

I have a PTO winch that came with my CJ when I bought it. It is not hooked to anything nore is there any thing to hook it to. Is there anything out there as far as after market adapters or conversions so I can use this thing? Or what about converting it to elect. or hyd.

I would appreciate any help.

It came with the rig, but the rig didn't have any PTO provisions? Doesn't the PTO come out of the transfer case?

I think it would be more finacially viable to sell the PTO winch on ebay and buy an electric winch.

Hows the rain buddy?

The guy I bought the CJ from had the winch, he said it came with it when he bought it, it has never been installed on this rig.

On either side of the NV4500 too! I always thought it was cool but never have come up with a use for it.

Sweet. You learn something new every day.

The rain is GREAT. The ram leaks, but I don't drive that anymore except when I'm going to buy lumber. I've made up my mind to sell it. Too much trouble. Too bad though, motor is only 40k old and runs real strong.
Anybody want full-length D44, D60(both 4.11s), TF727, (shoot, forgot what Tcase it's got), and 360 to swap into their Jeep?
Shoot. Could I get more for the truck by parting it out and selling the bits on eBay?

Anyway, I drive my Subaru most of the time and it loves the rain. I love it because I don't feel compelled to wash the car.
