I have the iPhone 3GS running the 4 OS software.

My lock screen is my TJ (of course).



And my home screen is a picture I took on my vacation in Maine.

I am quite obsessed with my Tap Fish game. Tap birds isn't as good though.

Edit - I think that is the orientation lock.
If you double click the home button then slide the bottom of the screen to the right the ipod controls and orientation lock appear. Just tap the lock icon.
