For some reason I always seem to get hungry when I visit this thread.

A moose giving me the stink-eye.

Same moose in the open.

This was taken near the summit of Mt Siyeh. I was watching the bears playing on the snow when a second grizzly family walked into my frame. They were too far away for my camera so the image quality sucks, but it was a lot of fun to watch.

Here is a wider shot. The family of 3 is on the left and the 4 bears are on the snow. This was a hot summer day and the bears really enjoyed the cool snow.

We had a moose at our old cabin sadly I never got the chance to see him. I only have seen them in parks and what not. I hope to see one in the wild sometime

Smoked Chicken taco, with smoked Pablano peppers, red bell peppers, cabbage, mexican cheese and then we finished them with Austin, Texas' own Salt Lick Original Barbecue sauce.

Ridiculously good, we have been working on perfecting this recipe for months.

It can be difficult to make really good chicken tacos, never thought about doing BBQ chicken tacos though

These have been months in the making. The girlfriend is a culinary school grad, hobby chef, and I smoke various varieties of pork and chicken as a hobby.

We ripped off the original idea, and just kept working on it from there.

Gives us something to do.

The Salt lick original sauce we used to finish it, doesn't really have a true BBQ taste to it. But, they make an outstanding sauce that just works so well with this.

Here's the smoked chicken and peppers that went into them...

It's a pick up, see the separation of cab and box.
