I hadn't been to the track, local or professional in 3-years, so yesterday I decided to hit the local track (Byron Motosports Park) and knock off the rust.

I went thinking, "I need to try some panning, and see how that works for me." It was fun getting back to the track, I was the track photographer for several years, and did stories for Cycle USA magazine and Cycle News Online...but buying a Jeep kind of got me side tracked from that.

Some of my views at work in west Africa:
Taken from my wheelhouse a few minutes ago
Woman in a canoe, approaching derelict ship

Not sure of this bird's proper name, I just call them "Fish Eagles"

The southern possum is a flat marsupial that lives in the middle of the road.

Local truck we saw (wife was driving her truck) driving a couple of weekends ago. Not the best photo but it speaks for itself.

So this is a pre package meal? Doesn't look hard to replicate if you've been dreaming of it. What are the base ingredients?

Not pre package, not hard! Jus water, pork, garlic, onion, tomatoe, potatoe and the dificult part (for me) fresh NM roasted green chile! I moved away from NM in '03 so fresh green Chile is hard to come by but I found a store that had some the other day so I went to town.
