It's enhancing your skill as player, as stated making it easier to prone, jump, etc. Don't get butt hurt - its not an Xbox/Sony thing - it's modded controllers in general. Whether its quick scoping or anything else - man up! Their use to me just demonstrates lack of skill. Its my opinion... Other people do agree. Get your big boy pants on & don't rely on a controller to aid your shortcomings as a gamer.
Lol, that's it Ty? I guess my gaming a lot longer makes me old skool - playing fps since Doom was on pc. Like i said, i just don't believe in that crap.
Yeah...I said call of duty. Not FPS shooters. All I'm saying is, I play the exact same with a normal controller as I do with a scuf, I just think the jump button should be on the back that way I can jump and turn simultaneously.

They aren't really 'modified' per se, they're just designed more for pure FPS gaming ergonomics. The normal controllers are fairly utilitarian to allow for general use across all genres. You want a LOT of analog trigger play for racing in Forza, but not nearly as much while shooting in a FPS (where the hair trigger and trigger stop features in a SCUF really shine.) I don't use them myself, but I can totally understand why people would want to use them if their library is online multiplayer FPS-heavy.
Those ones that allow unlimited firing rate are bull**** though, and I report everybody I see that uses one.

FYI CoD came out in 03. Set a benchmark... Yes. Getting repetitive now... YES. I want more from them... It's like each game should just be an expansion pack. Like madden every year - it should be a roster update.
That's makes more sense PhilipJ & I report them also. I can see the argument on these compared to true modded controllers but I just won't use anything to enhance my skill. To me it's cheating. If a player really needs them, well hey.
