Pissed at FedEx

I ordered 4 BFG MT's and Fed Ex managed to deliever 3 and they aren't sure where the 4th one is.

Has anyone dealt with FedEx's claims service? If it doesn't turn up in a day or two I am filing a claim.

How do you just lose a large tire?

It was funny when my 4 came because a huge freight truck pulls up. He opens the back. All that was in it was my four tires. It was just funny to see the huge long truck with four tires at the end.

It'll show up. At work, Fedex hardly ever delivers multi-box shipments at the same time.

I don't know either. When I called them they said one got put on the wrong truck. Now its MIA. I hope someone enjoys that 33" tire. Now they just need to find a lift and they will be set.

Well It was originally slated for friday, and it didn't come today (1 day late). When I called they said they would put a trace on it, whatever that means.

I'm sure it will show up in the next few days....
haha unless one of the fedEx guys needed a new tire. But ya that sucks. I hate waiting on things to come in.

Same thing happened to me... Turned out the address label on the 4th tire was missing and the tire was returned to the company, which in turn put the tire back in their stock... It took me 2 weeks to get it right and re-delivered!!!

I wonder if I can get a credit for the delay. If I could get the shipping refunded that would be a bit of extra cash towards the jeep.

I got ****ed by UPS myself. I couldn't do **** either since I wasn't the shipper.

No you can't get a credit for the delay. Read the fine print before you ship something. It will show up in the next few days. Stuff like this happens all the time. And it doesn't matter what company, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Freight, etc.

I ordered 4 32" Bighorns. Im in my garage and the Fedex guy comes up with a big box. He says, "is there supposed to be four of these?", they lost 3 of them and had to track them down, they all ended up in a different state except for the one I got. They all got here on a different day.

FEDEX SUCKS

file a claim now! i work for a freight company and they will drag their feet and not do anything so you better get the ball rolling.

UPS lost a computer case from Newegg. I called UPS and they said to call Newegg. Newegg (being the shipper) initiated a trace and the package was never found. They sent out a new case after a week or so and I'm guessing UPS paid for it because I sure didn't.

Anyway, happens all the time. How they resolve it is where you separate the good from the bad.

In the end I was very pleased with both Newegg and UPS
