but then i realized.. i work on a construction site, i would get hell for driving that thing as my DD
now maybe i can buy one and stuff some massive HP under the hood... maybe that will be okay.. time will tell

Dude, congrads on the MINI!! I had an '02 Cooper S for several years as well as the '92 YJ. a '66 CJ5, and a '62 DJ5. It was nice having a car that had low mileage, beat Mustang GT's butts all day, and get 40mpg while doing it!! When I moved to FL, I had to sell the MINI because I couldn't afford the insurance and payment on my sucky salary at the time. The good thing is, I sold it to my best friend, so, when I go up to VA for vacation, I can drive it, my wife says I sold him the car, with visitation rights, LOL!! I'll post a pic of mine on this thread whenever I can find the pics!!
