Photo Manipulation Software...For Kids

So I'm looking for some FREE software that will EASILY let my kids manipulate pictures that they take.

Like adding mustaches, making bug-eyes, adding color, etc.

Did I mention FREE? I've poured through countless "freeware" web sites and that can get overwhelming.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Gimp isn't even adult friendly, much less child friendly.

I tried that photoshop.com and it's pretty good. Thanks for the link.
