Pretty much all popular music after 1980 is crap. It used to be about talent.
I remember when Do You Feel Like I Do was the latest hit. Talent used to be an important asset for musical acts. No more! Have ya'll heard "Do Da Stanky Leg" or whatever that song is called. Talk about no talent or creativity. A base beat, and repeat the same stupid phrase over, and over, and over.
If guns kill people, then pencils misspell words, cars make people drive drunk, and spoons made Rosie O' Donnell fat!
Peter Frampton was at our county fair this year. $7 to get in the fair, $10 bucks to get a reserved seat... cant' beat that!
He put on a great show, 'cept he did'nt do 'DobbieWah'. Having his 20 year old kid sing one set did'nt turn me on either. But other than that, it was very cool.
I even think I may have a 'tad' more hair than him now, too.

I was lucky enough to have seen Peter back in the 70's when he had his band Frampton's Camel. Cobo Hall in Detroit. Great show. He then went on to fame and fortune of course, but his early stuff really rocked.
