imho if the death penalty can't curb murder rates I doubt it would curb dwi-murder rates.

I'm not looking to cure anything, I'm looking to 100% prevent the same person from doing it again which seems to be very prevalent in the DWI culture. Killing a few people rarely slows anyone down even after spending some time in jail for it.

I fully support killing people who are able to make a decision which then takes an innocent person's life, I'm not ok killing someone who's innocent and has no chance of defending themselves.
