Not the church's fault.

Put up a sign saying "Parking - $15 (or 50, whatever you want) - Violators will be towed"

It would be to bad if you forgot to pick up all the nails when you dropped the box getting out of your jeep.

Yes, this may be true (although an easement could be on any side of your lot). However, most places if you are responsible for maintenance of that easement, you can place non-permanent structures/items on the easement (rocks, timbers, etc.) As long as they can be removed to allow the utility companies/city/county access if necessary.

I would go with the large rocks suggestion. I would also suggest you don't put them right at the edge of the road. Place them about 3/4 of a car width off the road making impossible to park but minimizing the likelihood someone driving by will strike them if they slightly wander off the road.

I live on a corner lot, had a problem of people always cutting thru the yard, taking a short cut to the park down the road so........I started walking my two big dogs to that area of the yard for their poop breaks mulitple times per day.
needless to say a couple of people found a poop pancake or two on there shoes...funny as heck, I even sat on the front porch and watch a couple of people start cutting across the yard and when they got about 20' into it I yelled at them and told them there is a bunch of dog crap over there watch where you step, funny as all get-out, they stop......start looking down.......and then look back at you like "what the heck" I just sit back and drink my beer! Firs off do you know where the corners of your property is???? The property pins not where you think it is. Most places have a 12-15 foot easement along roads that you maintain, but you do not own.

So if they are parking outside of your property line there is nothing you can do about it. Any damage you do to their cars you will be responsible.

Like was said talk to someone with the church to see if they could at least not pull off onto your grass as far.

I would just talk to the church, odds are that will work. Tell them it is starting to mess up your yard and if they don't stop then you are going to sue them for the damages to repair it. If that doesn't work get a bunch of boots and boot their cars. Then sit out on the porch and laugh at them. Tell them you have no idea why theres a boot on their car and you have no idea who put it on there! Let them figure out how to get them off.

are you could do what the city did about ten years ago to stop the gay population laying out on a hill practically nude in one of the major parks here....spread fire ants!

Good idea, only wait until they're parked there for the heavy watering part.

Rotate your house to face Mecca, and add a minaret tower and a dome to the roof.

That'll get them to keep away

Alternatively, rock features.

We need some pics of the area to give us a better idea of how to help you. As has been already stated, talk to the priest/leader first, then post notices, then go for the detterent. You might try placing a letter on the windsheild letting them know how greatful you are that they are deciples of Christ and as such you look forward to getting to know them better every other Saturday to do maintenece and repair on their parking area/your yard as part of Christian fellowship and sevice. That alone should work...

Remove their license plates and report them as abandoned cars. Then have them towed away.
