Oh yeah! I'm done!

Just finished my undergraduate thesis for my history major! It feels sooo good to finally be done!

Anyone else finishing up with finals this week?

I actually misplaced my paper from my History BA. I am not too happy about that.

I still have all the papers from my masters degrees though.

I didn't have a thesis really. In our seminar class (my major is technically Medieval History), we instead had a 30min presentation on food, clothing, and culture in the Medieval Period. My partner and I did our presentation on the English Pub. We both did a 3D model of the floor plan and a 30+ slide powerpoint presentation, then I brewed a batch of Medieval weak ale and baked a mincemeat pie. It was a good class.

Congrats.. What are you doing to do with your degree? I'm assuming teach.. but one of my families friends has a Bachelors in History and he runs his own IT company and plays for an adult hockey team named the Rat Bastards.

I should graduate next year in finance.. change major time!!

I will be going to Germany to teach English after a year off from school. I'll be working and whatnot so I can afford to travel when I'm there. Also, so I can buy my Jeep stuff too...

Overall, the paper was 34 pages long. As far as what I'll be doing with my degree(s), I don't know yet. I have a BA in German and am finishing History. I will also have a TESOL Certificate (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
