My guess is that room wasn't originally a 'bedroom' but since most beach houses in NC (and everywhere else) try to maximize the amount of beds at some point in time they stuck a bed in there.

I've never heard such pissing and moaning from people after someone goes out of their way to do something nice. The guy is renting a beach house for $950 for the week. You can't stay at a motel 6 for a week for that. Beautiful house man. Bump for you.

Does it come with a beach pass?
If things keep going the way they are now the rental will be cheaper than the drive on beach pass.

Very nice. Taking the year of from OBX this year and going to Deep Creek, MD. Planning on doing next year? If so, this seems up my alley.

BTW - what kind of floors are they in the pool room? (wife likes the multi-color)
