Florida cold and Northern cold are two totally different things. It felt warmer in 15* Canada when it was snowing than it does down here in the low 40's.

its because of the humidity. i was in panama city beach for a while, and when it hit the lower 40s high 30s, i'll admit i was complaining. but before that i was in 100 degree temps, so it was a little drastic change
