It sounds to me there was not a trial ownership period that lasted long enough. That said, you should not get a full refund upon trade in but maybe a pro-rating. Hopefully you will get enough back to buy newer jeep parts.

non-compliance

My husband employs DD, or "domestic discipline." It works well with us. If I am non-compliant, I am punished. It truly keeps peace in the family. My husband says to google it and try it out. Just an idea.
