New Jeep Owner question

Ok, I am a first time Jeep owner, I have a 2017 Big Bear Edition Wrangler and I noticed that the floor(rug) is wet under the floor mats only on the driver's side and the rear behind the driver's seat. I have not found any water that is leaking in anywhere, I have not been caught in the rain.... yet. We have had some big rain storms lately though. Any ideas of where the water could be coming from? Thank you in advance for any help.

These tops are notoriously leaky.
Here's the procedure the dealership uses to find and seal those leaks:
