Not in Central Jersey (it's in South Jersey), but there's a place in Turnersville called Jersey Jeep N' Customs who do some pretty good work.

Their website is Jerseyjeepncustoms.com

Custom Jeep Shop

You could try Jeeperz4wd. It's in Pa but on the eastern coast not far from I-78. They do anything from suspension kits, to gear setups, diag and restorations. They have a pretty good selection of parts i think the website is jeeperz4wd.com , or you could email sal@jeeperz4wd.com whoch should be on their website. Hope that helps.
