Put the biggest crate engine that will fit in it.

Why don't you just get a used engine? I would not waste my money on a rebuilt motor for a 97 Saturn (No offense, they just don't have a high resale value).
Are you installing it yourself? Go to Junkyarddog.com and place a request for an engine. It's free, and it will send out your request to junkyards all over. Sometimes shipping is free or reasonable. The rebuilt route will cost you at least $1300. If you really want to do it that way just check out parts stores in your area (autozone, napa, advance). They don't necessarily rebuild the engines; they purchase them from suppliers.
