Need advice on shipping jeep (98' TJ, 2.5L, all stock with 31's) From NC to HI. Any reputable trucking company's? good price from east to west coast...and then a little further.

It will be cheaper for you to sell your tj locally and then buy a different one in Hawaii.

I have thought about it, but it is rust free and I know the maintenance on it. It's about 2k to ship but wanted to hear anyone's thoughts.

i searched for 5 weeks to ship a wagoneer across country..... it sucks dealing with shippers. they are brokers and liars. i paid 1500. so 2k to hawaii isnt bad at all. good luck, and try and find a shipping company. not a broker.


call joes express, he drives for himself, and was having him pick it, but he got injured and was out of work for 6 weeks. hes a great guy. call him and talk to him, 931-260-2753

he took about 18 hours to call me back, but he was a great guy. tell him nate with the wagoneer said whats up. haha

Be sure to take pictures of your vehicle when you drop it off.
I had a Nissan Patrol damaged when I PCS'd back in the day and played hell with the shipper because I hadn't documented the vehicles condition prior to shipment.
