Do it on the same date every year. Like Christmas or Halloween. And if some people do it one day and others another, it would be National Topless Days. Lame. No one is going to remember that it's the first Sunday in February. That's like Easter being the first Sunday after the first full moon after the Spring Equinox.

The first time was on Superbowl Sunday (wasn't it?)....which isn't always on the same date. It's something to do, pre-game, or on your way to a Superbowl party.
