Soft top easier than a hard top? I don't think so. Getting that sucker back on when it's in the 50's is a pain as it is, with it being barely above zero I'm afraid it wouldn't come close to going back on. Windows would probably shatter, top wouldn't stretch enough to fasten. Not worth the risk for me. Would be funny to take a spin through town though.

ok so im back from work and i was thinking about it and my top is going to end up being down for atleast a week. that includes no doors. also it seems that Feb. 3rd is still a date everyone is agreeing on which is good. keep spreading the word so next year we can get even more people topless or even XJs doorless.

i think either alot of people will notice or no one will. think about how many people are going to be driving around town to stock up on food and beer as well as all the people going to the sports bars and friends houses. now if you are driving around while the game is on then yeah i doubt anyone will notice.

i am interested, and i'm in canadaland. supposed to be snow this weekend, i expect the same, a sunday works best, prolly gonna try to go wheeling that weekend as well, so i am totally game, if i can figure out the logistics, i'm not worried about getting it off, as much as getting it back on

im worried about getting it back on as well. i hate it because my fingers get really cold so i have a hard time getting it back on. also it doesnt stretch as easily.

Bring it inside and hit it lightly with a hair dryer or wrap it up in an electric blanket for a bit.

If you can, take the picture with a thermometer in the background.

There also should be a rating system in place.

1 point for each degree under 80
10 points for no doors
50 points if picture is taken while Jeep is being driven (no poser shots)
10 points for no coat/hat/gloves (more people, more points available)
etc...

Suppoed to be in the 60's here tomarrow and the 70's for the rest of the week with a chance of rain. Hopefully the 70* temps will stick around till the 3rd and the rain will go away.
