I swear the song rock star has been played every hour for like 4 years straight.

But I see your point.

O and remember even though it is outside and maybe blistering hot or raining (no outside food or drink, no umbrellas, no camera's, you basically bring yourself and sit on the grass.
It's at the Verizon wireless ampitheater in Maryland Heights MO. Yea I agree $12 isn't bad, but $54 with no option because it's included in the price of the ticket...crazy

Last time I went to a concert here there was no way to print your own tickets and the will-call line took an hour and a half because ony two windows out of ten were open.

All ticket companies suck
That's how my kids found out about it, and they came running. I even clicked on the ad for the "All in one" concert series and this is what I got.

I hope your kids enjoy singing it out loud with the band.
No it's $6 per ticket, no add on's by me, it was a forced add that I couldn't take off. As for my boys, they are 13 and 16, I think they've heard worse than what they say in the song.

Yea, that was the "all in one" special, one of the boys saw the ad and told me so I clicked on it and it definitely wansn't an all in one, it was a lets see how much crap we can tack on before he loses his ****.

I liked the older stuff when they came out, I do kind of like Hinder and I really like Saving Able. I haven't heard much of what Nickelback sings lately, but it's not about me anyway, the boys wanted to go.

I got an email from them today telling me my tickets had shipped, but nothing pertaining to my email. I replied back asking the status of my previous email and if they were planning to change their practices.

I'm not holding my breath, but I'm not really wanting to let it go just yet.

I say annoy the **** out of them lol. They deserve it. That's just a rip and the fact that they said no hidden fees just makes it that much better.

Didn't Live Nation and Ticketmaster just merge or something? I think that's part of the problem, no competition anymore for this stuff. I received my gold plated Live Nation tics for Heaven and Hell at Red Rocks, 89.20 each. OUCH on the wallet, but hey these guys are getting old and there might not be many more chances to see some of these older acts. This will show my age, but I keep old concert stubs and was looking at one from back in the day, Aerosmith, Rush, and Ted Nugent, 5.50, with no extra charges tacked on. Also KISS, 6.00. What a scam live entertainment has become. This includes professional sports as well. We went to the drag races recently and they wanted 6.00 for a freaking Bud Light. You have to really pick and choose what you can take your family to now- a -days. And God forbid the show sucks or it rains.

Funny you say that, I took the boys to subway last night for a quick sammich and the younger one noticed the advertisement as we were waiting in line and asked if that was the same place we bought tickets. I'm sure there is a catch to that deal too, I decided it was best for me not to even look, I might hurt a small animal if it's legit. Bad thing is once you pay, that's it, no refunds, no nothing.

I doubt I'll be going to another event if I have to go through them. At first I was a little irritated by the ordeal, now I'm just pissed. A little at myself too for not buying my ticket at the precise moment I should have, but at them for making it so the only way to get a great deal was to buy at the precise moment. It should always be one price with no hidden fees, not try and rob you blind because they know they can.
