My 1994 YJ

I figure id post my site with pics... www.geocities.com/hummer_meganck

The pics are older, but generally it looks the same except for a pushbar that enhanced greatly on the appearence side, and i have the tan soft top back on it, 174k on the 2.5, and its taken care of but i still take it and play, sand dunes last year, but this year if i go i will be babying it, till i get the v-8 in later this summer... i am using the excuse "prevenative maintanence" because the engine still runs awesome

Jeepfreak, when you go plowing through those puddles do you ever get water in your distrubutor or your intake? I've had some water get into my distrubutor before and it's such a pain to take it aprt on the trail and dry everthing off. Those TJ's should be greatful of the absence of the obsolete distributor. Just a question.

Those particular puddles it has never happened, i have played alot, i try to stay out of the mud anymore now... note i said TRY to, I once got the distributor cap wet, but it dried out in like 2 secs, it was one of those things where the jeep wanted to stall, finally stalled, but started back up after a second of cranking, I hit water all the time, like the big puddles on the road, michigan roads like to build water on the shoulder for some reason, probably from the craters in the street...

Thanks, i got it bone stock 2 years ago, cheap, it was going through a quart and a half of oil a week, the guy gave me a deal thinking the head gasket was blown, i just kept my mouth shut when i bought it that the tappet cover seal was shot and all the bolts were loose, fixed it for 3 bux and a half hour, its now got 174k on the 4 banger heh, ill have to post more recent pics, its a daily driver, but i am hoping to swap in a chevy 350 this summer, it has been in an accident tho, some ******* forced me head on into a guardrail on the e-way cuz i was going to slow for him, hell i was going 75!! Got a new trans case out of the deal front fender and bumpers front and back as well as new front leafs and misc other stuff, for 40 into a guradrail there wasnt much damage other then the hanging axle, but it still came to 3500 in damage needless to say now i have a pushbar
