Its a jk so that explains the fenders, it has leaf springs to increase payload capacity in the rear (im assuming), and the soft windows are just an option that they have cause it has half doors. Its specialty made for a military they have a truck version of it to. I think over in Egypt

Im pretty sure you are right about that. I read in one of my issues of Petersen's about a Wrangler very similar to this one. Except it was tan, and a 2 door. I'm pretty sure these are only available across the pond, and maybe just for the Egyptian military...
