The 'green one' is a 2008 Cayman S, ordered it about a month ago... ~4 months till I get it!

Good for you! I'm just jealous. Seriously, there's nothing so exotic than the sound of a Porche engine.

A girl's gotta dream. When you get it, take it for a spin on some windy back roads for me!

Did you order factory direct? My dad did when I was younger with a 1996 Carrera Turbo I think it was. He didn't do the "fly to Germany and test drive it on the autobahn before accepting final delivery" route though. Would've been cool. I know with the money you save ordering factory direct, it's enough to go to Germany and do the autobahn option before having it flown stateside.

Here is some audio porn for you guys too... http://videos.streetfire.net/video/Gemballa-Mirage-reving-the-engine-in-Abu-Dhabi--_115317.htm

a dealergroup that sells porsches, audis, and saabs right outside of Chicago.

the Audi and Porsche dealers are top 5 in the country, which is why we get all of the specialty cars..
