If they have indeed filed a claim with their insurance company and you are only willing to wait 2 business days for a response, I am not sure you'll be able to file a claim with the BBB just yet.

Well,it might have talen a while, but... I finally hounded them enough!

Just got off the phone with the insurance company and they are putting a check for $530 in the mail to me today!

Taking Pro-comp tires to a Goodyear shop... should be no brainer!

WHAT?? Those dont look like 60 dollar steel wheels, and even so....anyone who knows how to use a tire machine the right way wont damage a wheel. There should most def. be some sort of compensation.
