The wheels aren't TOO bad, nothing a sharpie wont fix. But they should definatly get you new tires.
And if you really want to get to them, scratch up your rims even more and say they did it.

The bead of the tire could have been damaged from who ever mounted them originally.

I seem to keep hearing bad things about goodyear service centers..... hope they fix it if it was them that did it (The wheel isnt that bad, get a sharpie, a true jeeper will have that wheel covered in mud in aprox. 1.2 seconds )
