Michigan Trails

Some pics of a local ORV park in MI called the Mounds. This was the last day before they close for 2 months for the Spring thaw.

Even with the use of MS Paint, I still can't seem to get the photos any bigger and still be within the acceptable file size limit.

It's the Mounds ORV park by Flint.

10.00 per day or 50.00 for the year.

They close March 14th - May 16th for the Spring thaw. I guess they don't want the park to get messed up.

I had to winch 6 people out this day. Some fool went in with a stock 2005 Willys and got stuck in 3 feet of water, ice, and mud. No CB, no recovery gear, and all stock. Plus he and his friends looked they were dressed for a club.

It was very fun.

I've got more pics I can email to you if you want.

Love the red diff cover - at least your jeep is lifted enough to see it. I'm one of those usually stuck in that much mud and water. Except i'm usually in jeans and standing in the muck up to my knees.
Have own recovery gear though!

Thanks.

The diff cover paint was a bored Winter project. I had to get out of my house and back into the garage so I changed my fluid (front and rear) and painted the diffs. Hopefully it will last.
