i was at a party a couple weeks ago (just thought to share this story with you all) and i go outside and lookin the persons driveway and see a huge TJ there by mine
so i ask who's is that?!!? and the kid kinda says oh its mine... i say ah looks like a 5.5 and 35's, he says yeah 35's i think i say oh so you throw in the sye and driveshaft? (making convorsation, this is basics for real tj guys) he says idk man, i just like bought it that way and its 'mad sick' so point is, the guy drives a pretty built rig (i saw lockers under there) and has no clue what is even going on!!! ![]()

Nothing wrong with that. I bet half the kids driving the rice burners have no clue what they have as long as it looks cool.

I have a friend like that. Had a sweet ride that he didn't pay for. Knew stuff about it and wheeled but mommy and daddy paid for everything. Flunked out of school and lost his ride. Not until after he was cut off from his parents is he really succeeding. He has his own jeep now, one he paid for and is doing real well for himself. Has a nice little family. Hopefully this one will take his knocks and be better for it too.

yup, there are a couple kids at my school like that. mommy and daddy bought them a lifted jeep. one girl was showing off her jeep and i was going through it asking her questions like (oo looks like you have the jcr bumpers)
"i do?? oh yea i do" (have you ever had to use the high-lift?) "i have a high lift? wait wats is a high lift?" (so i see you have a 5" lift and 35's you take it 4 wheeling yet, or mudding?) "no i dont want to take it off the road, its not ment for that" i wanted to slap her so bad seriously now, wat a disgrace.

You should have just traded him a PS3 for the jeep.

You wanting to slap her is nature's way of coping with utter astonishment when someone says something sooooo stupid your brain locks up. Perfectly natural, you should have at least shook her real hard to try to see if it would have rattled anything back into place.

I was talking to one of the few girls at my school that drives a jeep, and I asked her if she wheels it. At first she just looked at me confused, and then said, "Oh, you mean offroading. No im worried it would break, so I only drive on paved roads." I cant wait to buy that pristine jeep to build, its never left pavement

ever think some people are really greatfull for buying their 1st jeep and are just inexperienced jeepers and afraid to off road??
i've taken a few "noobies" out and i've seen then love it and get in to it. if you got a chick at school with a jeep and she's at the very least "bone-able"...... for gods sake you kids... take her out in the woods and get her DIRTY. she may love it.. and then BAM your not sitting around shaking hands with your self on a friday night.
