Mens One a Day 50+

I was wondering if it would do any harm to take this vitamin even though im only 21. Its suppose to help with prostate issues and i know those issues run in my family. I would like to do the best i can to help prevent these things.

if you are worried about you prostate at this age, go get laid or start flogging it more. Regular ejaculation has been shown to help it.

and its a lot more fun than swallowing a pill

Go for it, the extra Zinc and a few other related good prostate-related supplements in Men's 1-a-Day won't turn you into a 50 year old guy, it's all good for you. I can verify it won't turn you into a 50 year old, I take it and look at me, I'm 60 and look it. I just don't act it.

I take those, but for the heart health issues, it run's in my family so like you I figured it couldn't hurt. I've been taking them for about 6 months, other than my sack getting more wrinkled I don't feel any older

I'm not a big fan of 1 a days. there are a lot of synthetic elements in there. You could go to GNC and get the mega man 50+. IMO, thats a rip off. I get all my supplements from DPSnutrition.net. You can get this multi: http://www.dpsnutrition.net/get_item_no088.htm for a fraction of the cost of GNC and its a QUALITY mutli. This site is the cheapest around and shipping is a flat $5.
