Membership.

I was thinking of getting the lifer membership but how many users have paid membership vs. non-paying membership?

Also what does everybody think of their paying membership? Has it helped?

Thanks !!!

You pay taxes to support the publlic library. Why not pay $25 a year or $100 for life to support this forum if you use it. Servers, software, bandwidth, time,... none of it comes free.

I've gotten so much info off this site, I figured the least I could do was give a measly $25 back. Also, you will never have to start a thread with "The search doesn't work....."

.

All the bandwidth, software and other "office" expenses cost money. Since I figured somebody is taking the time to put a lot of effort in the site that I could do a little bit to help.

If you think about it, one teeny bit of info would probably save a person a whole lot more than the $25. It just seemed like the right thing to do.

Jeez, next thing you know they'll start charging me to stare in the windows at Hooters....

I'm gonna pay for the membership soon. Don't know what I would do without this place. About the only thing I do anymore when I'm not at work.
