Meet my new BFF!

This fellow was sitting at the front door to our office this morning, I'm going to keep him. My GF is on the way to pick him up and take him to the vet to be checked out. Also, I need to know how to feed him, it looks like he hasn't eaten in a month. He's pretty clean so it makes me wonder if some SOB did this to him. It doesn't matter now, he has a new home with me.

Congrats! Dogs are great, they can be a pain but you always love them.

I don't think he looks well-fed enough to be lost

Obviously, he hasn't been very well taken care of. No collar, use your best judgement. You can always notify the animal shelter you found him in case someone comes looking. But, if they haven't taken any better care of him than that, I'd be tempted to keep him as well. I'm pretty sure the dog food bag will tell you how much to feed him, based on weight.

Poor dog. Some people are dirt bags. I am glad you found him and will give him a good home. I adopted a pitbull and she is the best dog. Great with kids and other dogs. It is all about how they are raised.

I will never buy a dog. I do not think many people would buy a dog if they understood how the puppy mills treat animals. There are way too many great dogs to adopt.

The vet said they would scan him for a chip first, then give him a check up. He's very friendly and playful, looks to be a full blood boxer. If he has a chip then I will turn him over to the humane society because I think somebody has starved him, I don't think he's lost or been lost. I hope there's not a chip, he looks like he would make a great Jeep dog.

He looks a lil skinny, if you care about him a lot you could take him the vet and get him checked out and get his shots.

actually, that's just one of the guys who work here, he took to him right away (probably because he fed him) but it's only been 30 minutes and the pup has completely bonded with my GF.
