Maryland to Moab EJS 2010

I figured I would throw this out there in case anybody is thinking about setting sail for Moab Utah EJS. This will be my first wheeling trip out there. I am taking my wife an two oldest kids (ages 4 and 9). I am meeting up with other folks out there, but was looking to build up a "Jeep family convoy" from Frederick, MD area to Moab. I am camping right past Lions Back...its a spot right before the upper canyon rim (why...because I camped there this December 2nd when I went back packing there with my cousin).

The trip from Frederick to Moab is 30hrs and 37min. I have not decided if it is going to be a straight through drive or a quick stop at a motel one night.

Regardless, if anybody would like to gear up and join me in the "Jeep Family Convoy", let me know!

Happy New Year folks!

Depending on when your going I might meet you somewhere in the midwest.

I am thinking of leaving either March 25 Around 4 or 5pm or March 26 at around 4am. For those of you that are from the midwest, we can work out a meeting destination to gather up the group.

I really think it would be sweet to get 20 or so Jeeps headed west to Moab.

Damn, that sounds like an awesome trip. Have a safe drive out there and make sure to take lots of pictures from the road trip.

Just get in your stocker and roll...plenty of trails that require no lift or mods!
