looking for a recipe

Need a good recipe for corned beef. I love corned beef sandwiches but we've never cooked one before...thanks

Buy corned beef brisket, boil for 6ish hours, 20 minutes prior to serving add cabbage and potatoes.

disclaimer: DO NOT FEED CABBAGE TO DOGS! It isn't as funny as you think.

This is a pretty good snack recipe take tortilla shells and smear cream cheese on them then put a layer of corned beef on top roll up cut in to small pieces chill then eat.

Boiled is traditional but I have started to smoke mine. It becomes just about like pastrami then.
