Have any of you heard of Kwame Kilpatrick? If so what's our take on him?

This guy is the Mayor of Detroit and is a complete joke and disgrace to public office. He has more bodyguards than most Senators and Congressman have. I know the mayor of San Francisco is a nearly a household name because of the gay marriage issues, but has Kwame hit the national scene yet.

Time magazine rated him the 3rd worst mayor in the country.

Thank God he's not my mayor, but he is the mayor of the largest city in my state.

What a joke.

The guy is 34 and wears a 5k diamond earing. I'm not dissing that but for public office that's a bit much.

Never heard the name before. And I consider myself fairly well informed...I'm in NorCal. No, not San Fransisco. NorCal.

Sounds like a local problem to me...so far.

The man is roughly 6' 4" and 300 lbs, he played college football, but for some reason he needs a small army of body guards.

His term in almost done and he most certainly will not be elected. During his term he has been surrounded by controversy and it really gives my state of MI a black eye.

The best way to describe the man is that he is a "thug". That what most people around here call him.
