What kind of website? Like a real one? I little more info would be good. Myspace.com would probably be good for you though, assuming you know nothing about website design. They've already done all the work for you and you just fill in the blanks.

I went through GoDaddy.com i got www.tiogatrouttours.com for 80$ a year. You get free e-mails at your domain and a few language options.... i think it's a good deal.

Back when I had a band, we used a .tk website, looks like www.GoTopless.tk is still available.

Usually your ISP provides you with 5 MB (or something like that) of space on their server for personal use.

Go here for a really good host and a great deal for your hosting. If and when you sign up, use promo code 7777 for a huge discount off the price of the account. Your bandwidth and disk space actually increases weekly for the time of your account being open, without even being charged more. I prepaid 3 years on it, and I've only had one problem with them when I got stupid and went WAY over my estimated limit. I caught it in time though, no extra charges.
