looking 4 jeep mechanic
HI i am new here and I am looking to fix my jeep. Got a 1990 Jeep Wrangler Laredo that seems to be stalling when idling. Changed carb, checked trans., and sensors and nothing.
Anyone recomend a good specialized mechanic in the Los Angeles area? appreciate it.. jv

I'd be interested to know too. I am in Orange County pretty near Corona.
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take you jeep to the Don-A-Vee Jeep Dealer in Palcentia or Downy to get it fixed. They ripped me off big time and they did a pretty shotty job. I had a leak and they told me they put a patch on it to stop the leak. Later I took my jeep to my uncle (who is a mechanic)to help me with a lift kit and he showed me that all they had done was tighten the hoses a little. There was no patch to be found. I read the invoice over and on it they charged me $110 for a patch. Then to top it off they tried to sell me a bunch of crap i didn't need!! I will never go back to them.
