Logo maker

Hopefully this is in the right place.

I am in need of a design for my group/club, and need a logo design. I know what I want, just don't have any software to do it and I cannot draw, so can anyone recommend a good program or someone to do it for me?
It will involve a Jeep Wrangler, a frog and some rocks.
Thanks

You can start with mspaint but I think Photoshop would be a little more beneficial. Then again, ladies love clipart

I used to own a screen printing business, now I run one. I have 24 year in the biz and some of you wear my work on your backs.

I'm also quite creative and have designed many logos for business, schools, restaurants... etc.

If you know of anyone that wants their logos put on shirts, let me know.
