Late night snacks

I need new ideas, my late night usually consists of a quesadilla (literally just a tortilla and shredded cheese over the stove), or a sandwich (turkey, mustard, cheddar on sourdough). I need new late night ideas. My requirements are: it must be cheap, it must be easily made, it must be semi-healthy (I did the Jack in the Box runs last year).

Spout your ideas!

I usually just raid the freezer. Its the only perk of still living at home , free food.

My midnight snacks are usually beer. Usually associated with cheez its or some sort of bagged chicken product. I can't remember who makes them, maybe Tyson, but their boneless buffalo chicken is tasty. Same with the bourbon chicken.

I rarley get fast food late at night. The thought of something so disgusting just sitting in my stomach all night is enough for me not to even consider it as an option unless I'm thoroughly drunk.

Midnight snacks are usually my lunch time, since I work night shifts, but I had 2 cans of chicken noodle soup, a PB & J sammich, a pimento cheese sammich, a bag of chips, a couple peanut butter cookies, a bottled water and a hot cup of green tea...usually holds me over until 3am when I eat supper. Speaking of which time to eat again

same here, since i work nights too...i try to keep the same schedule even when not at work, so i had a couple tuna salad sandwitches with cheese, onion and tomato on it on lightly toasted bread, then followed those with some manderine oranges..

damnit, now i want some more of the tuna salad..lol..that was about 5 hrs ago, and it starting to sound good again

I broil it so the cheese gets a little golden brown. Either way you look at it, its just cheese on bread. Tried and true.
