laid off again/will fab for food
laid off from the steelmill again. just started feelin financially ok after the last layoff, was gonna do 8.8 swap.(thats on the backburner now) Back to survival mode i guess. snagging as much plate as possible on last day....anyone in the philly area need 4x4 fab done p.m. me (roofracks, tubedoors, bumpers, sliders, skids, armor,e ct) you dream it up, I build dirt cheap (i dont build crap, high quality, proper equipment, sound design, high end material) if youre broke like me and cant afford bolt on goodies, and your willing and have the ability to do some of the work, thats fine too, learn basic fab skills, mig, tig,ect while we build your stuff.

done three xj roofracks, full length with angled front and sides,12 point mounting, expanded metal floor that several people can stand on, integtated tire carrier, integrated high lift mounts. roofracks are time consuming, its always a battle beween weight and strength, mine have been bashed off of trees(repeatedly) with no damage to rack or roof/mounts.(tom from quad is especially brutal on equipment)

definitley not trying to start a mailorder fab business here(though I really apreciate the interest), locals who need stuff built or lack the tools to do it themselves can hit me up. generally, its cost of materials, consumables(grinding wheels, wire, gas ect.) and my time. for example..xj front winch bumper (materials;60$,consumables;25$,me;100$and a case o beer...less if you help) I'm gonna have plenty of time on my hands and i have the tools, not trying to get rich, just covering my costs and time.

Damn, I wish I could fly you and your tools down to Houston for a few weeks. Get you working on a front and rear bumper for me.
