Kid Nation

Who watches it?

The kid from GA that acts like he should wear a cowboy helmet instead of a cowboy hat is my favorite.

....yes, this just shows how miserable programming is these days. Although they did have kids cut the heads off chickens today.

It would be cooler if they had to defend the town from a zombie horde, might be a short series, though.

It would have been nice to have them do more in terms of running the town, but theres only so much you can make kids do. The one kid on there that quoted MLK Jr last episode is out of his mind and hilarious. You couldn't write the things he comes up with.

I'd watch that - Home Alone meets Dawn of the Dead.

The Daily Show report on it was hilarious. Especially the part where they had to choose between an out house or a TV. "Should we pick a box with **** in it, or an out house?"

That's the one I was referring to. Definately the only reason I've wasted 2 hours of my life on the show. When was talking about speeding up the natural cycle of life and death, and then they pan out and he's holding a headless chicken. He seems to quote someone new each episode. That kid is...er...special.

The show is kind of addicting. Its also fake and set up imo.

I really dont think they would let the kids cook and eat the chickens they killed. Thats botulism waiting to happen. They killed it, cleaned it and fired up a giant pot of boiling water. Then cut to them eating chicken noodle soup. I call BS on that one. They couldnt figure out how to boil macaroni a day before.

And man, that one council leader chick that keeps blabbing about her beauty pagents needs to be kicked in the face. "Beauty queens dont wash dishes". Die in a fire.

I really dont know why ive watched both episodes so far. And $10 on the 14 YO chick getting preggers by the end of the show.
