JET the Band

So, who else went to see JET in Las Vegas last night? Wife likes their music and so I do. Missed the show in Phoenix so we ended up driving all the way to Las Vegas to see them. Kind glad we did, got me outa the state of nothingness for the day.

Really awesome to see them live. I only wish it was longer and they played more songs from their new album. Their live performance was a little more wild than their album music I think, but thats normal. LOL. Even though they are relatively new, I think they have made some good music, and their first tour seems to be doing rather well.

Just curious if there are any other Jeepers who like them or attended last night?

I'd see them live. They seem lke a band that would put on a "old fashion" or just regular old rock and roll show. I'd like to see some ****ing big hair, obnoxious harmonies and crazy lights.

Friday night I saw George Strait. He put on a hell of a honkytonk show.

It pretty much was an "old fashion" rock n' roll show. They had the smoke and the crazy lights and their longer but not obnoxious hair. I personally hope they don't go all out and crazy like some of the other bands did. I dont know, they seem relaxed, but they can still rock. I rather like their more mellow and relaxed music to some of the "big band" sound some of the other ones are doing. But thats just me.

I hope that made sense. We just got home a about 90min ago, and I haven’t really gotten any sleep.

They're great. Not a new band though. First couple iPod commercials had Jet as the soundtrack. They've been around a good 5 years touring. Very awesome band though...hope I can see them someday.

I saw Jet here in Philly a few years ago when they were touring with Oasis. It was a great show.

Not new, new, but out on their own with out Oasis showdowing over them. With only (US) CDs out their still kinda new. Not many people know them. Or if they did, they knew one or two from the radio but don't know its JET.
